In this episode of Coffee with Steve & Margaux, Steve and Margaux shared the story behind their downtown Coffee Pop-Up at Boardwalk Condominiums, 940 Monroe Ave NW.
The goal was simple: bring people together.
Steve and Margaux partnered with Noonday Coffee and Petals & Leaves to create a relaxed Saturday morning moment for downtown residents, visitors, neighbors, and anyone who loves Grand Rapids.

Just coffee, conversation, and community.
The fully licensed Noonday Coffee truck brought the charm, the coffee, and the kind of mobile experience that makes people stop, smile, and ask what’s going on. Petals & Leaves added beauty and color. And Steve and Margaux brought the microphones — not to pressure anyone, but to invite people to share what they love about downtown Grand Rapids.
Some people came for the free coffee.
Some came to say hi.
Some shared stories about why they live downtown, visit downtown, or keep coming back.
And that is exactly the point.
